I met Kim though my uncle, she was always available, to answer my questions, and was on point with finding us the home we were looking for. We put in a total of 4 offers before we were accepted. That part was hard but from what we have heard from other people buying, that’s not that bad, as some put in a lot more before they are accepted. Overall would recommend Kimberly to others in search of their dream home.

Our Realtor Kim (Auvil) Fasching was outstanding. She discussed with us the type of home we wanted (style, size, location) and then provided us the opportunity to see selected homes that met some of the criteria. She helped point out both good and bad items of the homes which helped us design the house we were looking for. Kim then found a developer and lot that would meet our needs/criteria. While the process took a while, we now have the house we wanted in a very great neighborhood all thanks to Kim. Her determination to get the house we wanted was wonderful and showed her willingness to get us what we wanted versus a quick sale. I would and have recommended Kim (Auvil) Fasching to others that have resulted in purchasing homes.
