Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very quick to respond to our messages with all of the information that we needed. Our situation was more complicated than most since we are moving from out of state and only had a very limited time to be on location. Even after we left back to our current residence Kim made sure that everything was taken care of appropriately (e.g. percolation test, well location test, etc.) She helped guide us out of towners to friendly local establishments and was exceptionally welcoming. My family and I are looking forward to moving to the area and Kim is a big reason why.
