In this very hectic and busy builder market where delays are the norm, we were down to the wire to get our home closed on a date that contained numerous deadlines. As the closing deadline neared, it appeared we were doomed by an extremely difficult appraiser and an inexperienced out of state closing agent from a prominent national bank. We were told by many experts (including our own realtor) that we had little to no chance of closing on time.
