As the title implies I've known Kim and her family for close to 10 years. I didn't really know Kim's realtor background other than its profession she was working in. 2 months back my fiancé and I had located a house and needed someone on that end of real-estate to get us a showing. In a short amount of time Kim got us a showing quicky, walked us through the process with easy to understand info. Unfortunately we were outbid but that allowed us to see her skills and she explained it all and our next steps. And that made me feel great. a few short weeks later another dream house came on the market. And Kim went to bat as if she was the all-time designated hitter! She brought out the big bats and swung for the fences! From the day we walked the home, to us living in this house as im sitting in my comfy chair writing this review. it was all said and done in less than 30 days. From the emails, text and phone calls and other information keeping us in step through the process. and also her little pages of information of what we would need to do next to help the process keep rolling in the background as we waited for closing day. Honestly, Kim made this home purchase a walk through the park! Her professionalism, caring, drive, and yes our friendship made it possible. Her ability to make the situation work was notable because when you do mix friendships and business sometimes it can end disasterly even when the outcomes are positive. She was professional, extremely personable, and super patient as we had a lot of issues with our lender. She was able to help us find a great deal and help solve all the issues we came across during the home-buying process. She worked to find us temporary housing while we navigated a very competitive market. She worked way harder than required from a realtor to not only make our finding a home go smoother but the close of our home from the move go smoother as well. She stepped up when our California Realtor dropped the ball. If it were not for Kim our family would still be living out of a hotel. She found us the perfect home for our family. She listened to every wish list item and improved upon what choices were available to us. If you are in the Pennsylvania area and you need a realtor, you can not go wrong with Kim! They only allow me to choose 5 stars but I would give her 10 if I could!!!
