Kim helped me all along the way, keeping me updated regularly by text and phone calls, even late in the evening. She was present throughout all stages of the sale process, for the indoor repairs post inspection, as well as for outdoor concerns that came unexpectedly. We had our lot of surprises and last minute issues that could have totally compromised the sale. She was reactive, efficient, did her best to keep the necessary expenses reasonable, always staying calm and confident, especially when my stress level was through the roof. I could tell she was genuinely concerned and did whatever it took to solve the situation. It was great to be able to rely on someone who was professional and knew what she was doing.
