Kim Drury has rented our condo since 2011 (usually annual leases). She has always selected exceptional tenants for us—not once has any of them missed a payment, they always leave the condo in fine shape, and never cause problems. Whenever maintenance does need to be done between leases, Kim provides references and the work is done promptly, thoroughly, and at reasonable cost. Kim is helpful in many ways-- we always enjoy our association with her. The tenants enjoy her as well, which is important to us, because we want them to have a good experience. I have given Kim the highest marks in all categories—and she deserves them.
