Kim made the entire process truly thoughtless for me. She was ALL OVER it and was quick to make things happen. From offer to close, 3 weeks! I’m a busy executive and did not have time to manage the process. But I didn’t have to worry, Kim had it under control. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area, the rules and regs. Can’t recommend her enough!
