Kim had sold us a house after moving to the Phoenix area back in 2011 and we had a good experience then, so we decided to hire her again when we found out we would be moving to a different state a couple months ago. And actually, Kim had kept in contact with us over the years by providing current market updates off and on which at the time we thought we'd never move again, but things often work out different than planned so, her name was the first one we thought of when we knew we needed to sell our current house. Kim was eager to help but never pushy. She met with us to talk about listing with us and provided us an updated market report since the market in Phoenix had been so volatile over the recent several months. She recommended a great starting price which is what we went with. We had an offer within 24 hours of our listing and the offer was a very good one so we accepted it. Throughout the escrow process she was only a call or text away and would often check on us before we had a chance to contact her for any questions. Everything went smoothly...until the day of closing. Not by any fault of hers but OUR moving company was a disaster. They, all of a sudden, said they couldn't finish our move prior to the day of closing. While our heads were spinning and fearful that the closing wasn't going to happen when we needed it to happen, Kim, very skillfully worked everything out with our buyers and the entire timetable. We would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction that you might need. Her knowledge just can't be beat and she really works for her clients first and foremost!
