She answered any question I had, provided additional information for consideration, and made sure my best interest was always top priority. I especially appreciated how flexible she was and that she took the time to educate me on the home selling process so I knew what to expect. As a very anxious home seller her calm demeanor was very helpful to me. I would definitely recommend Kim Davis. She is honest, knowedgeable and looks out for her client's best interest. My house sold in two days for full asking price!
