We are from out of state

We are from out of state. We were in need of selling our moms home in Spokane. We didn’t know anyone in the area. I searched realtors with both experience and active listings. I called several realtors and Kimberly was the only one to answer my call on the first attempt. She was consistently available, professional and on the ball!! She prepped the home for photos and took care of every possible issue since we had limitations with living so remote from the home. She attended closing and sent us a thoughtful closing gift.
