My wife and I will be forever grateful to Kim and Caitlin for how much they helped us. They are the dream team! Literally, everything you need in a realtor you'll find in Kimberly Cunliffe! The timing was less than ideal for us to move. We were busy with a 2 year old and baby #2 on his way soon. We were very stressed about getting involved in a move but Kim promised she would be there for every step along the way. We trusted Kim and we are so glad we did. Kim kept her promises and then some. Kim exceeded expectations every step along the way. She is very detailed-oriented, organized, thoughtful, caring, smart, and quite the negotiator! I work in the hospitality industry and am around people who have put out fires all the time. Kim is up there with the best I've ever been around. She has a talent like I've never seen to hear both sides, to get to the root of the problem, and then usually comes up with about 5 solutions that only she could figure out and both sides end of being happy! My wife and I put a lot on her plate and she handled everything like a seasoned pro with a heart. We were able to move into our dream neighborhood about 10 years sooner than we thought we could. She believed that we could do it, we trusted her, and we are so glad we did! We've been in the new house for months now and she's still helping us. Kimberly Cunliffe is our realtor for life!

Kim was absolutely incredible to work with. I was purchasing my first home, and she made the process a breeze. She picked up the phone any day, anytime and always answered my questions. She drove all over this city looking at houses with me as I couldn't narrow down where I wanted to be. I truly do not think I would have been able to purchase without her. She got me my house for under list price, and continues to communicate with me and help me even after the sale has closed. I would recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy a home.
