Understood our wants and needs for a home

When we met Kim we found her to be very nice and easy to talk to. Our list for a home had a numbers of items we wanted plus the usual needs. We did have 2 rooms that were a must, large kitchen and primary suite. Once we started looking she was willing to drive some distance to look at homes we thought would work and help us see things that were not up to our standards. We really appreciated her honesty and knowledge on what we needed to be aware of with each home. We even found a home that we thought we wanted but upon getting the HOA rules realized it was not for us. Not once did she make us feel like we were being problem clients. Because of her we now have a home that we love and look forward to many happy years in it.
