Wow! What can we say! From the time we met Kim in a restaurant in Milford we loved her personality! We weren't looking for a home at the time but knew when the time came she was the one. Once we decided to get out of the rental game and look for a condo Kim was fantastic! The condo market in the area and price range was challenging but Kim helped us be patient with our search. She found us several options as well as getting us in to view ones that we found. The purchasing process can be stressful but Kim kept us positive and encouraged we would find the right home for us. When we met Kim we found her to be very nice and easy to talk to. Our list for a home had a numbers of items we wanted plus the usual needs. We did have 2 rooms that were a must, large kitchen and primary suite. Once we started looking she was willing to drive some distance to look at homes we thought would work and help us see things that were not up to our standards. We really appreciated her honesty and knowledge on what we needed to be aware of with each home. We even found a home that we thought we wanted but upon getting the HOA rules realized it was not for us. Not once did she make us feel like we were being problem clients. Because of her we now have a home that we love and look forward to many happy years in it.
Kimberly is enthusiastic and knows the market. She made several suggestions to get the home ready for sale. She is very professional, returns calls promptly. She reccomended people to help with the process, such as movers and estate sale companies. We would definitely use her services in the future and reccomend her without reservations.
