Kim began her real estate career in 2004 when she and her husband began flipping houses and partnering with a contractor building spec homes. This love and success in real estate led her to further her education and seek a real estate license in 2011. Kim graduated from TN Real Estate Educational Systems and went on to further her education, graduating from the TN Realtors Institute (higher education for those Realtors seeking to better represent their clients). Kim and her husband make their home in Cleveland, TN. They have one daughter, a son-in-law, a grandson, and three god-daughters. Kim enjoys reading, biking, hiking, and travelling.
