I would never recommend Kimberly Connelly to anyone looking for a real estate agent. She made what should have been a proud moment, becoming a homeowner feel like a complete afterthought. She promised my house keys would be left in a lockbox after closing. Instead, she went out of town without telling me, ignored multiple calls and texts, and left me and my family locked out of the home I had just purchased with no way in. I had to hire a locksmith out of pocket to access a property I legally owned. Throughout the entire process, her communication was careless at best. She repeatedly misspelled simple words, gave me the wrong dates and addresses, and even forgot where I was relocating from. It became clear that because I wasn’t buying an expensive home, I was treated like a low-priority client. Buying a home is a major life decision. You deserve an agent who respects your time, communicates clearly, and follows through on their word. I didn’t get that with Kimberly. I would strongly caution others before putting their trust in her.
