Kim was absolutely amazing to work with! We were first time home buyers and she made the experience so fun...always bringing her can-do and positive attitude. Once Kim saw a few houses that were "our vision," she knew exactly what we were looking for. We really appreciated her honestly when she would stop us from wasting time on houses or areas she knew wouldn't be fitting. In this insane market, Kim really worked with us to come up with fair, yet unique offers to help us remain competitive, even calling her attorney ever so often for advice. Although we had some tough luck at first, Kim remained patient and determined to find us our dream home. We would recommend Kim 100 times over. Thank you so much for everything!!!
