Kimberly is the best! So much so that I signed up for an account on this site (I hate signing up for accounts I won't use) just leave her this review. She came highly recommended by a coworker and immediately I could tell she knew SO much about this business, different markets, and even specific things to watch for in different neighborhoods. She found plenty of home meeting my preferences and others I wouldn't have looked at based on the vibe she got about my tastes. She's an expert at finding flaws and red flags that i would have totally missed. She's a great negotiator and a total advocate for her clients, always taking my interests to the table and even securing things I didn't think would fly. After my purchase she even gave recommendations for places to get furnishing to my taste for lower prices. Importantly, she's just fun to be around! She's a great person, not the least bit pushy, and every bit of accommodating, always being available despite my sporatic work schedule. I highly recommend and certainly will be working with her again at my next purchase.

kimberly is ASTOUNDING. from the moment we first contacted her, she was incredibly responsive, and friendly. we were moving to indy from ohio, and really unfortunately only had one day to look at houses to buy, and kimberly made it happen. she even added on some last minute homes to look at that i had sent her the night before viewing. she worked so hard, and showed us 8 houses in the one day that we were in town! it was amazing. she found us our perfect home on that day because she knew the area well, and could gauge what we liked based off some homes i had shown her. she is extremely professional and knowledgeable. i will for sure be giving her name to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home! thank you, kimberly! we absolutely ADORE our home!!!

Kimberly was great in helping us get into a home that we could turn around and sell in 3 years after my medical residency. Not only did we sell it in 3 years, but we had generated a good amount of equity after the sale. We appreciated her advice, and input on what we needed to upgrade in order to increase the value of the house. We ended up making a good amount of money on our house even after putting $10,000 into it. She was a great intermediary between the bank, and mortgage company as well. I would recommend her again without reservation.
