We really liked how available she was to us during the day for a quick phone call, text or meeting at a property. From the first time we met, I was very impressed with Kimberly's knowledge of the housing market and her ability to help me understand all that is involved in selling our house. She showed us over a dozen properties over this timeframe, consistently emailing over properties that fit our needs on a daily basis for us to review. By the third or fourth place we saw, she knew exactly what we were looking for and tried her hardest to have us be the first prospective buyers to see the home once it went on the market. She was incredibly helpful when we were seeking guidance on whether or not the home was a smart investment, sharing the wealth of knowledge she has from many years in the field. When we compared homes, we asked her input always. It never felt as if she was pushing us into a sale for commission; she always had our best interests at heart. Purchasing property is confusing and messy but I'd do it a million times over if Kim was my realtor every time!

We were looking to move from CA to AZ over a year ago. Kimberly was very responsive in helping us find our perfect home! She was very helpful based on what we wanted and helped us every step of the way including the acceptance of our offer in one day.
