We first connected with Kim through an email solicitation (which I typically ignore), almost two years before we eventually bought our cottage in Steinhatchee. From the very beginning, she was incredibly down to earth and accommodating. Even before we moved to the area, Kim went above and beyond—checking out homes on our behalf, recording videos, and staying in close contact to help guide us through the process virtually.
