Kim is tenacious.

Kim was by far the most important person throughout our land buying process. We had spoken to two or three realtors previously and every single one decided to just stop answering our questions and disappear. Kim, however, was completely different from the start. She understood that we were entirely new to this process and were willing to learn and listen. She provided us with numerous options on our search which helped broaden our perspective. Originally we were looking at existing homes and realized that we would prefer to build. Without missing a beat, Kim transitioned to finding us land that fit our preferences and worked with us through those that we had interest in. She handled difficult sellers and difficult listing agents with poise and professionalism. She worked with the builder we intend to use for our dream home to figure out exactly what we needed to look for in our potential land. She did so much leg work and we could not be more thankful for her and everything she provided for us We now have our dream property and could not be happier that the peace of mind Kim provided us led to this being possible.
