Kim has been amazing to work with again! She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and did such a great job advertising my home in both Maryland and PA. She is very professional and has a great personality which made this process more enjoyable. She often reached out to let me know where we were with finding a buyer and offered good solid advise in listing prices. She was very informative and her communication was great. throughout this whole experience. She was always timely and willing to answer any question and helped to guide me through the selling process. I can't say enough wonderful things about her as a seller/buyer agent.
