With a a big move from Florida to Wisconsin and little time to find a home, we gave Homelight a try and could not be happier in finding Kim. She responded to my inquiry first and within minutes of my request for help. Right from the start she understood our timing situation and listened attentively to the 'wish list' we had for a new home, even though we knew very little of the area. With forwarding constant new home listings, we were able to get a better understanding of what neighborhoods we'd like and what fit our budget. She called or answered the phone at any time we had questions. We were able to fly up to house hunt with her for four days (and she even made herself available after the first trip was cancelled due to weather) and she came completely prepared. She dedicated herself to us each day for at least six hours each and showed us a great variety to choose from. On the final day, and the last home we viewed; which came up that very morning, Kim got us in the door immediately and we had found the home that checked all our boxes. She helped us make the successful offer; even with fierce competition, with wise financial suggestions that pushed us over the top. She even recommended a finance officer and an insurance partner. Personable, dedicated and very familiar with the area, Kim absolutely excelled in helping us! So glad we gave Homelight a try and found the right person to guide us to our new home. My wife and I found our dream home on the market and wanted to put an offer in on a whim. I did some research on realtor.com and really liked the reviews and ratings on Kim Burton. I reached out and had a great conversation. She helped us negotiate the offer on our dream home and selling our home. She even had a potential buyer in mind and lined up. Even though the potential buyer wasn't a fit we had a full accepted offer on our house the first day! Kim is the professional I was hoping for and made our experience easy with lots of communication and setting proper expectations. She even negotiated a few benefits in the new house that we didn't request or expect. Overall we had an amazing experience and would recommend her to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a home.

She went about & beyond from the start. After we got a pre approval from the bank & kind of worried about it. She went above & beyond just to find us the right mortgage lender. We weren't finding the house we liked and were about to give up & she knew the minute we walked in the door it was the perfect house. I would recommend her to everyone. She won't let you down.
