Absolutely Amazing!

Kim was absolutely amazing. As a first-time homebuyer and someone relocating to a new/unfamiliar part of the state, I needed help navigating the market and understanding the lay of the land. I found Kim after an unsuccessful search with a different agent that left a bit of a sour taste. However, Kim exceeded all of my expectations and helped me realize that your agent makes all the difference in this process. She helped me learn about the local areas and identify places that were best fits for me. Her experience and expertise helped me win three out of the four bids/offers I made, and there was competition with each! The fourth offer that I didn't win was beat out by a cash offer of $15K higher than mine. So, had that cash offer not come in, I'd probably be reporting a 100% bid win/offer acceptance rate. Even though Kim and I were both actively searching for properties, she found the property I ultimately purchased, and used her expert skills to negotiate a seller's concession, a home warranty provided by the seller and got the seller to agree to nearly every request I made, saving me thousands of dollars in major repairs (and time and stress) where the seller initially didn't want to do any! Throughout the journey Kim was professional, reliable, patient, kind, and I felt like she was on my team/had my back. She helped me find a home that I love in a neighborhood that I love, during a challenging time in late fall/early winter when inventory was low, and without breaking my budget or paying the high percentage over list that many agents are espousing. She didn't just help me find a house, she helped me find a home and made the process easy to navigate. If I had to do it all over again, I'd still choose Kim.
