Kimberly brings the best of both worlds to the realtor/client relationship. She is both a realtor and an experienced real estate investor - this combination proved priceless on the project that I enlisted her services for! Her knowledge as an investor helped me fine tune my scope of work, and she was generous enough to provide referrals of sub contractors who did excellent work. Her skills as a realtor shined through from the pricing to the marketing of the finished project. Kimberly went above and beyond...including meeting with the appraiser and assisting with the punch list. In addition, Kimberly is an absolute pleasure to work with...she is professional and yet very personable..easy to talk to and extremely reliable . She is a great asset on any team!
