I have so many positive things to say about working with Kimberly but the highlights are: She made herself available, always. And, if not her, someone from her team was there for my husband and me. She was always enthusiastic, “in our corner”, pursuing options and ideas for us, and it felt like we were a true team. She was never judgey; this is a thing I noticed in our process: 2 listing agents showing Kimberly and I properties said weird things about $$ that came across as super snobby - and I never, ever got that vibe from her to the point where she actually said something to the effect of never being afraid to put in a low-ball offer. She brought us great off market opportunities that ended up not working out through no fault on our side and were disappointments, but they also helped us understand the market and target what we wanted more. Kimberly is knowledgeable - or not afraid of what she doesn’t know and will find out for you, reliable, and hardworking. I would recommend her to anyone. 10/10

Kimberly worked tirelessly to help us buy our new home! It was a longer and more complicated process than anticipated, and she was very responsive and helpful throughout. We bought a home that was under construction, so extra work was required to obtain final permits, order appliances and create a punch list. I couldn’t recommend Kimberly enough, she is a skilled professional and incredibly detail oriented.

Kimberly was the very best! She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate surrounding Lake Tahoe and all it has to offer.
