Being a first time home buyer things could be very scary, but she answered all questions asked and made sure we understood everything, confident in what we bought making sure it met all expectations. Kim was great to with with and very patient while showing us quite a few houses. She is very knowledgeable about the local area and kept us well informed about new properties plus local market trends and was able to help us find a property that filled our needs at a good value.
