I am a positive people person and enjoy helping others' goals come to fruition. There is nothing like the smiles on my clients when they close on a new home. I started my career in Real Estate in 1993 as a Mortgage Banker in the East Bay. Lending in 26 states gave me experience to live in great cities, buy, remodel, sell or hold many properties along the way. Equity growth and passive income in real estate can earn one money with the right management. So I get things done working with diligence, integrity and following the Golden Rule.
