Kimberly Baldwin

We have worked with Kimberly multiple times and I cannot recommend her enough! We bought (and sold) during historical real estate markets and she did everything in her power to make it as easy as possible for us. Truly, her knowledge and expertise are invaluable!

Kimberly is the gold standard when it comes to realtors. If you are looking to buy or sell your home she is the best in the business. She was relentless in helping me find a home in the exact area I wanted in an extremely competitive market. Kimberly is also vigilante about keeping her client’s best interests in mind. Despite the seller’s market she was also able to negotiate on my behalf with the seller after we were under contract. Her knowledge of the Boulder County as well as the Vail and Summit County markets are second to none. She is responsive, professional, knowledgeable and always promptly responded to answers to my questions during the house hunting and contract process. Additionally, Kimberly is so well connected and can make recommendations on everything related to inspections, maintenance and more. Kimberly is an extraordinary realtor and will make your home buying or selling process as successful and seamless as possible. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
