Our home was on the market with another agent for almost a year. After switching realtors and going with Mrs. Kimberly, she was able to identify why our property was never sold. She assured us that she'd be able to sell our home fairly quickly and did just that, with the buyer closing in about 4 months (that's with a winter storm delay).
