Contacted Kim to list our home in Star Valley and it was a quick and easy experience. Kim was referred to us from a past customer who told us she was the best agent in Payson. Within about 10 days we were in contract at full asking and closed without issues. If we could give her 10 stars we would!
Kim took us through a difficult sell and escrow and made it as painless as possible. Regardless of the obstacles that arose on the other end, she was professional, always quick to respond to messages and always calm and reassuring. She is a natural in this sometimes high-stress business. Nothing seems to rattle her and one gets the impression that she has "seen it all" and knows how to deal with anything that may take place during the process. I liked this agent from the first time I met her and I'm thankful that I went with my intuition and called her when I was ready to sell and then shortly after contracted with her for purchase. Amazing Agent!
