Made the process much more enjoyable than I had anticipated. Very helpful with every step of the way and helped us breeze through. I have handed her card to some of my brothers and her information to several friends hopefully they will use her and have the same great experience I had.

Although we were traveling in pretty far from RI, Kim worked with us to schedule multiple visits in both MA and CT, ensuring that we had ample time to view properties on days we were able to travel. She walked us through the process and even asked questions to selling agents that we never thought to ask as first-time homebuyers.
