Kim did a fantastic job helping us buy our house! She helped us look through a couple houses, trooping through deep snow to get to an inconveniently placed key lock box at one. She also recommended looking at the house we ended up buying as it was outside our search requirements but was similar, one too few bedrooms in the listing, but had two additional finished rooms, one of which would work for the office we desired the additional bedroom for. Kim was very helpful in answering questions and recommended a skilled local inspector that helped identify a few issues to correct. She also helped us through the entire purchase process very skillfully and made for an easy closing! We're very happy with our house and very thankful to Kim for helping us find and buy it!
