Kim literally pulled off the impossible!! I had made an offer on this property but was declined because another party had made a better offer. I was devastated. We continued to look at 10+ other properties and found another one which was great, but not this place. I made an offer and while waiting for the counter, Kim called the agent to get an update on the status of this place and low and behold, their financing fell through! We immediately made our original offer and with little negotiation, I got it! If Kim didn’t make that phone call, I would be living in a very nice house, but not the one I truly wanted. She is a legend!!!
