From the initial meeting to the closing, Kimberly Allard-Moccia was knowledgeable, supportive, and upbeat. At no point did I feel like I was over my head in process of selling my house. Her way of explaining things in layman terms as well as her list of contacts, made getting the house sold let stressful.

We couldn't believe how much she knew about the structures of the homes we looked at. She was also so helpful in offering advice for materials and what/how we might need to fix things after we bought the house. It wasn't an ok, house is sold, goodbye. It was so thoughtful of her to help us with our WHOLE experience...even the after we buy it part! Kim Allard Moccia was so patient. We had never bought a home before. I was a nervous wreck with a million questions. She never made me feel bad about asking all my crazy questions. She always got back to us so quickly! As my husband said...there is no one else I would have wanted negotiating houses for us...Kim was a bulldog in negotiations, but with a puppy dog heart :)

My Husband and I were going through a bad time and had to put our home up for short sell and my sister in-law gave us Kimberly name and we called her. She was very understanding and took over for us dealing with Chase and putting the home up for short sell. It was on sell for 2 1/2 years. I would recommend her and your company to anyone. I fell the Kimberly and the Lawers that you have are the BEST!!
