We began looking for a home in Flagstaff in the first quarter of 2021. We wanted a second home to escape the summer heat of Tucson. Although we knew we wanted a home in Flagstaff we had no knowledge of the market and what options were available to us. To complicate matters we already had a second home in Washington State that we were not using much and needed to sell prior to buying in Flagstaff. Our Tucson realtor is with Realty Executives and gave us a referral to the local Flagstaff office. Kim became our realtor. After several trips to Flagstaff and many facetime tours we finally closed on a home in Forest Highlands this past May. Kim is remarkably knowledgeable of the local market, listened to our needs and was incredibly patient with us for nearly a year and a half. Kim is one of those people who is immediately likable because she is GENUINE. We started referring to her as Kim G, not because of her last name, but because of this trait. She works around the clock (literally this woman doesn’t sleep) to make sure she is the first to find the best fit for her clients. I can’t tell you how many times I suggested bunk listings and she helped us understand why that wouldn’t be an ideal fit and she was right every single time. She still found a way to show us the listing, but after two complete misses on my part, we just decided to put our lives in her experienced hands. So glad we did. She is responsive, positive, funny, and thorough. She is one of those salt of the earth people who isn’t in this for the sale. She is in it for the happiness of her clients. Don’t even think about another realtor if you’re looking for true quality of service and just an easy buying process. Kim has a comprehensive knowledge of the market. She listened well and understood our preferences. She was patient as well--showing us many homes in different areas so that we could compare and take our time to decide. During the pandemic, she kindly showed us homes virtually. When we made offers, Kim provided excellent guidance about how to go about it. She shared in our excitement when things went well and was sympathetic when we lost out on a few offers. Because it was a fast market, it took awhile for us to find the perfect place. Kim made it all possible!
