I was getting nowhere in my housing search with realtors who only wanted to work within their own cities. It was very frustrating to say the least. Specs, location and price and a home warranty paid for by the sellers. This was my 5th home purchase over the past 35 years and it was bar none the absolutely best experience. I not only meet a great realtor I made a great friend. It is one thing to find a realtor, it is another to find a Great Realtor. Anyone looking for a starter home or retirement home will honestly be delighted to Have Kim Poblick on their side of the table.
