I had a very challenging buyer, I believe one of the worst anyone could ever experience, one that fired her own realtor one week prior to closing!! During this time Kim was always working on my best interest making sure we follow all the procedures by the book to ensure I was protected. Kim was able to handle very difficult and frustrating times with this buyer and filter most of the conversations so I wouldn't be bothered. Thankfully this buyer wasn't able to close as schedule, next day my home was on the market (after we increased the price for an additional 15K), a few days later under contract and sold to a great buyer.
