The market we were in was very challenging. Kimberly guided us through it to put together an offer above asking that the buyer would accept and give us the home with the view we wanted. She guided us through figuring out how to allow the sellers to stay in the house for 50 days after closing and the how to handle insurance, utilities, etc. She also sold our house and coordinated all these things on both ends of the process. Kimberly knew how to price our house and also handle all the offers with escalation clauses to get the very best possible offer. This all occurred over a weekend away. She also knew how to get the buyers to allow us to stay in our house for 45 days after closing for no cost. I would definitely put my trust in Kimberly to sell your home. The market is not always going to be as hot as it was when we sold our house, but she knows the system well enough to handle whatever may come along.
