We had a great experience working with Kimberley to purchase our new home. It was a chance meeting since we requested an agent through Redfin rather than a traditional referral or past transaction and we are very pleased the pairing up worked out so well. She was very responsive to our requests to see multiple properties quickly and remotely. She toured a handful of homes for us, always jumping at the opportunity to get there swiftly and provided us with the virtual tours in quick succession to her visit. Her virtual tour process is smooth and thorough. She also didn't put in any "opinions" in regards to the homes, which we found helpful. During the offer process, she did a great job guiding our initial and final offers based on comparables and her knowledge of the market. She worked with us during inspection to insure the things that mattered most to us were addressed and fixed before close, as well. All in all, working with Kimberley was great.
