Top notch!!

Kimberley's knowledge on the housing market, comps, pricing of homes is impeccable. Her ability to explain what we needed to do to sell our home quickly was precise and clear. She is very professional in her demeanor, dress and manner. We could not be happier with our experience in using Kimberly. Just wish we could use her in AZ!!

Kim Austin is great!

Kim showed me many homes, all were acceptable and met my criteria. The one I chose is small, but just the right size for me! It is very well constructed, has some modern features, such as, an air conditioning/heating unit (all in one), a locked gate out front, a modern kitchen with gorgeous marble tiles, many windows, great "bubble" tiles in the bathroom, easy to clean flooring throughout, quality appliances. I love the neighborhood and everybody is friendly! Thank you so much, Kim!!

Kim is so easy to work with!

Kim did a great job selling our house! She was quick to respond to all of our questions, proactive and hard working! In an unsure down market, I would not have trusted anyone but Kim to sell our family home.
