If I could give Kim 10 stars, I would! She was patient in our decisiveness looking at many different style homes. We were moving across country and didn’t have a clue as to what style home we wanted. She was quick to respond when we had questions or concerns and even offered an amazing recommendation to save our sale when our lender was wavering on performance, Kim stepped up and offered someone who made sure we didn’t lose the house of our dreams!
