Kim was always available for questions about the buying and selling of properties and if she know the answer she got it. She got us a great price for the property we were selling and a good deal on the property we bought. She was always available and showed us numerous properties I highly recommend her for anyone's real estate needs.
We found our realtor to be very courteous and professional at all times and she was able to help us whenever we needed assistance and she accommodated the times for our our appointments, and helped us expedited our solar transfer. she was very thoughtful. She answered all our questions went above and beyond. She was always there to talk to us and make suggestions . She never gave up with us and and was eager to assist with any questions that we had along the way. We had an amazing experience working with Kimberlee! We got extremely lucky with our home search. After only a month of looking with Kimberlee we got an accepted offer, which feels unheard of in this market! Although the home search was easy, getting to the closing was difficult after two weeks of delays and little to no updates. Kimberlee was right there with us, giving us updates when she had them and was willing to clear her calendar in a moments notice to attend the closing or do the final walk through.
