As I sit here on OUR back porch looking at OUR yard, it is impossible to forget the one person who worked day and night for almost a full year to help us make our dream of owning a home come true. Over the course of that year we worked with countless brokers, lenders, and agents that all told us varying degrees of the truth, and were clearly working solely for the purpose of getting paid. Kimber stuck with us through all the changes waiting for our financing to come through and was the one consistent person in OUR corner every step of the way. She did all of that while keeping us educated, prioritizing our time and working around our ridiculous schedules, AND kept us sane with her amazingly relatable attitude and character. It was obvious from our first interaction through to today (months after purchasing) that she made every possible effort to guide us through this turbulent market. She is so organized that we literally saw 99% of the houses we were interested in. Her answer was always “I will get us in, what day and time do you want?” She created custom searches for us that were more thorough AND more accurate than Zillow or any other service. She moved showings around on the fly, calling back and forth to different listings in order to guarantee that we could see exactly what we wanted with our limited time and many picky demands. I can say this with all sincerity (and the experience of someone who was calling, texting, and emailing her for a full year) she ALWAYS made us feel like we were the most important clients in the world. Answered every question, left no stone unturned, and NEVER misled us just to sell “a house” if it wasn’t perfect for us. From lenders to agents to brokers, over that year many “forgot to call back” or “didn’t realize” some giant problem, or just flat-out lied to our faces. Not her, not once, not ever.
She was very efficient and professional. She went above and beyond with everything she did for me and my husband when we sold our house. She made sure that we were comfortable with all of the steps from listing our house, getting pictures taken, showing our home in our schedule and working with the buying realtor.
