I met Kimber at an estate sale I was conducting for a probate I was administrator for. I was concerned how I was going to sell this old, dated home but she came up with a great plan to do a minor remodel and then put it on the market. Well the plan paid off. Her crew did a great job with the upgrades and she was able to sell it for more that what we initially thought we could sell it for. Now I’m looking to work with her again on another house.
