Kim Zander

I have had the chance to work with The Brokerage's Zander Team twice now (which should say enough in itself right there), as both a buyer and a seller. Rick and Kim Zander helped us find our first home a few years ago, going above and beyond to help us find the perfect house that both my husband and I could agree on. They didn't rush the process for us--they made sure to help us find a home that would really be the perfect house for us to raise our daughter in. Then, when it was time to sell our sweet little house, they did everything they could to make the selling process as seamless and stress-free as possible for me (since my husband was away training for the entirety of the sale). With their expertise, we were able to close the deal with a win-win for everyone, which was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more in a realtor team, and we'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

The whole process went very smoothly Kim was the greatest in getting the house open for viewing and assisting with potential buyers. The closing was very easy as I was a remote seller. The time frame was faster than I expected. Can't say enough good things about the Zander group.

Kim has a knack for making a home look its best using the seller's existing furniture. The online pictures looked great! Our home had eight showings on the first day ultimately yielding five offers.

Kim is terrific. I was contacted by several realtors, Kim actually listened, which was refreshing given the other experiences. Areas of interest were discussed and Kim’s local knowledge was appreciated input as I was new to the area. Kim went above and beyond as we were remote, so several showings were done over video. Kim had a great eye for details, local contacts and has helped make the process much more comfortable. You cannot go wrong with Kim, I highly recommend her, and I have moved and bought and sold real estate several times over the years.

Kim and Rick made our first home buying experience much easier than I was expecting. They took care of everything we asked in a very timely manner. They were very on top of everything and made sure to always communicate exactly what we needed to do next and always had good recommendations for inspectors. They helped a lot with negotiating the price and helped a lot to get the price we wanted. They even got us a gift on our moving day! 5 stars easy, I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house
