Kim Winters

I have worked with Kim Winters extensively over the past four years. She has helped me purchase two properties in the Fort Lauderdale area and subsequently rent both properties. Kim's knowledge of the local market is impressive and she is extremely professional. I rely on Kim to give me the insight and expertise for all of my real estate needs in the Ft. Lauderdale area. All I want to say about Kim & Joyce Winters, is that it was MY lucky day, when these two most professional ladies came into my life, at a most confusing time. They were wonderful, their expertise in FL real estate sales, the guidance, the constant communication were exactly what I needed, at that time,, they listened and they came through for me, during a very bad real estate market, in Fort Lauderdale...they got me the number, that I was satisfied with...they dealt with the difficulties, of my distance from Fort Lauderdale and many other unexpected difficulties, that none of us expected, before and during the sale and until the very end,....I also consider them personal friends.........are you kidding? 5 stars?
