Kim was super helpful through all the steps of buying, and even connected me to builders, well drillers, and septic installers in the area, all of whom have been excellent. She’s very knowledgeable of the general Colorado legal landscape and with many of the niche things that apply specifically to mountain real estate — we navigated some unique circumstances and when she didn’t know something she knew how to find the right information and convey it to me in a palatable way. 10/10 would work with her again!

In each case, Kim's vast knowledge of Chaffee County and the local real estate market including new laws, nuances, trends and marketing strategies, made for nearly flawless processes. Kim is dogged in her quest to do right by her clients. She works to gather detailed information and answer (myriad) client questions. A Salida native, Kim knows where to find answers and doesn't quit until she has them. Her understanding of the local market was invaluable; for example, after several phone conversations and before we met in person, Kim honed in on our particular 'needs' which resulted in efficient visits to house listings, and the purchase of a home we love. Likewise, when listing our land, Kim gathered detailed comps and took us under contract in a few short weeks (with multiple offers and a seamless closing process). Kim is kind, sincere and approachable. Because of her integrity, dedication and warmth, we have moved beyond the 'client relationship' and now consider her a true friend.

Kim is a great realtor! She is honest and does a fantastic job. I greatly value honesty in the real estate business, it is a rarity IMO.
