About Kim

Kim is an experienced real estate professional who enjoys a long and impressive record of results. He brings to real estate a background in management, customer service, and marketing. These disciplines prepared him for the increasingly complex demands that challenge today’s real estate professionals. Raised and educated in Colfax, Kim relocated in 1994 to Carmichael. Since 1994, Kim has lived in Carmichael – accumulating more than 20 years of life in this flourishing suburb. Kim’s professional background and his knowledge of the local marketplace prepared him for his move into real estate. In 2003, Kim achieved the goal of obtaining his Real Estate License. He started out his Real Estate career as a top producing agent with Lyon Real Estate. He then joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2010. In 2019 Kim joined Clay Sigg & Craig Diez at their small boutique Real Estate office. Outside the office, Kim enjoys spending time with his three sons and their two Chocolate Labradors. He also enjoys going on motorcycle rides with his wife Rebecca and attenting local weekend Auto Racing events.

Could not have asked for better. I cannot say...

Could not have asked for better. I cannot say enough good.He was there through the whole process 100%. He gave us ideas on what we should do to sell quickly. It was a probate sale he was very knowledgeable. Very personable.

Kim was great to work with. He knew what he was...

Kim was great to work with. He knew what he was doing and was available when we wanted to see a house. He was very knowledgable about making repairs and how much things would cost which helped me a lot whether or not to put an offer in or not. He was very patient with us and didn't want to just sell us a house but help us find a home.
