Best realtor ever! If you are reading this review, you already know that buying and especially selling a home is stressful. Not only is a house most likely the biggest investment most of us will ever make, it’s deeply personal to say the least. For me, my home was a place where I raise my family. It was more than just a collection of 32 years of living. That house had seen the Marriage to my wife, Breast Cancer, Childbirth, a few trips to the ER, and the death of a few beloved pets. My house was more then just a structure, it was part of me. To have strangers trooping through my home, sizing it up and judging it, was excruciating… but luckily, I had Kimberly Westlund. Kimberly is the kind of realtor that everyone should end up with. From the start, she had the ability to truly empathize with the chaos that was inevitably coming. She prepared and guided me step by step through the entire process. Her advise was spot on! Kimberly had an outstanding grasp of both the big picture, as well as the small, nuts and bolts, that formed the plan that we needed to preform both the Selling and Buying of my new home. She took a very nuanced point of view of many different ways of marketing my house. She took the time to educate me on what we intended to do and why. Once we agreed on a course of action, she always made herself evadible if I had questions along the way (I always had many). Not only did she do her job well, she also helped with advice with things like: Utilities and Homeowners Insurance. Kimberly Westlund went above and beyond! What the hell was I so worried about? Pfff, I had Kimberly on my side!
