We had an interesting transaction with regard to our HOA owning the unit. Kim understood that she would be working with the board, the management company as well as the HOA attorney. This was not a traditional transaction, but she did all the research and kept the entire circle updated on the every step, from listing to close of escrow. Her wisdom, insight and understanding helped the HOA to find a great new owner. In addition, she was willing to give advice of the current market within our area. She is so well prepared and direct with instruction. Again, not the easiest transaction, but she provided much detail and provided answers from start to finish. We could not have asked for a better transaction. And there are other owners who plan to utilize Kim's services within the community within the next few months. There is much to be said for an agent who wants to know the details to help find the very best fit for a community. She is truly knowledgeable and helpful to the very end.
